We'll make it right.

At Bark Potty, we offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction on our products. If you've tried Bark Potty for at least 30 days, had a training call with our trainer, and still find that it doesn't meet your expectations, you can reach out to our support team. We cover 1 unit per customer under this policy. Once your submission is reviewed and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees, within 15 business days.

Complete a free personal training call with our Bark Potty trainer.

We'll review your submission and process your refund within 15 business days of approval.

Limited to 1 unit per customer.

Refund is issued to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

We do not accept product returns.

Subscription terms


Subscriptions renew automatically after the first order at the regular price for your selected plan. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. Customers who cancel will still receive any Bark Potty units already paid for. No refunds or credits are issued for unshipped product after cancellation.
