I ordered my large Bark Potty on November 30th and it took the postal service until December 9th to deliver it, although it was showing already delivered. So I reached out to Bark Potty and France assisted with finding out what the issue was…and of course it was the good ole USPS. But the next day I received my Bark Potty box, and I thank France for going over and beyond to assist me and to continue to follow up until I received my package. Now that was classic good ole customer service. Kudos to France.
Now on to Bark Potty…
I opened the box, which it was packaged very nicely, and my Roxi took to it right away. I thought I was going to have to leave the washable pee pads and faux grass down, but NOPE! She immediately started doing all her business on it. This is really going to save my purse when it comes to my water bill. I had to wash those pee pads and grass pads daily.
Although Roxi has only been using the Bark Potty for two days now, there is absolutely no smell! When I first took the pads up and put the Bark Potty out there, she was apprehensive about going out. But she went out checked things out, and of course chewed on the bark, but then she stepped on it and did her number 1 business, then number 2, and it’s been a total win! Oh, and the picking up and cleaning up of poo 💩 has been very easy.
Bark Potty is neater, cleaner, no smell, and looks better on my back porch. Now if I can only get a large deluxe wooden tray, (hint, hint) I’ll be set.

We have two small dogs on the 2nd floor and live in Arizona. Our summers get to be up to 120 and we can really only safely take the dogs out before sunup or way after sundown. We used to use potty pads, but they would get gross and stinky so fast. I was determined to find a better solution and came across bark potty. At first, we didn’t think the dogs would go for it. We had a hard time figuring out just how to train them to go on it, but the trick for us was putting them in a VERY small space with the bark potty until they went. ( like a small closet or bathroom) and then giving them lots of praise and treats. Once they used it once they never stopped. We LOVE it and both dogs know exactly what to do. It doesn’t smell until it’s really ready to be swapped out. It’s been such a game changer for us and our Pups!

Lasts a long time! Had to train my floofs bc we moved to nyc from the suburbs. Tried the grass patches and those perish so quickly. On the balcony the bark potty stays and they learned to go on the bark and it’s been such a save early morning or when it’s raining.

I think your product is excellent I like it but I think my dog is just gonna be hard to train on it. I tried putting him on there and he sits down on it like it’s a bed and I keep putting it back on there so then when we go to sleep, he gets up and he goes and pee at the door, but not on the bark potty. I think he’s just gonna be hard to train. I’m gonna have to work with him more
