I love Bark Potty. My 14 yr old Chihuahua uses it daily. We recently moved to a 4th floor condo. Getting my pup down 4 floors to use the bathroom isn’t too bad because there’s an elevator. However, late at night, it’s much easier for him to use the Bark Potty on the balcony. I’ve tried other outdoor potty options for dogs but he never actually used one until I got Bark Potty.

Was sceptical at first if this would actually work, but Baxter figured it on his own and it's a great porch potty helper. Helps too when it's raining. We have it camouflaged on the porch for Christmas. My son is very happy we decided to try this product out.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Bark Potty, a game-changer for all dog owners. It's a must-have for apartment dwellers, those potty training, elderly dog owners, or those who face inclement weather. We first got our Bark Potty in February 2024 to help potty train our 2-month-old Shih Tzu, and it made the transition from pee pads to outside a breeze. We've kept it ever since because of its versatility - it's come in handy on days when we're away longer than expected or my other dog refuses to venture out in the rain.
One of the best things about Bark Potty is its zero-odor design. No one has ever suspected what it's used for upon first glance! Cleaning up after accidents is also a cinch, especially when dealing with #2 messes. We've only had to replace one due to diarrhea, but luckily, a new one was on the way.
In July, I received an email from Bark Potty informing me of a delay due to FedEx's tracking issues. After a week of waiting, I reached out to their customer service team. That's when I was blown away by Joel, the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with! He quickly looked into the tracking information and sent a replacement free of charge, complete with a tracking link. However, the issue persisted - the tracking links never updated once they reached my city. Joel didn't give up and sent another replacement. When that one didn't arrive either, he sent another one to my parents' house and I received it without an issue. Few days later all of the…
