I'm thrilled to share my experience with Bark Potty, a game-changer for all dog owners. It's a must-have for apartment dwellers, those potty training, elderly dog owners, or those who face inclement weather. We first got our Bark Potty in February 2024 to help potty train our 2-month-old Shih Tzu, and it made the transition from pee pads to outside a breeze. We've kept it ever since because of its versatility - it's come in handy on days when we're away longer than expected or my other dog refuses to venture out in the rain.
One of the best things about Bark Potty is its zero-odor design. No one has ever suspected what it's used for upon first glance! Cleaning up after accidents is also a cinch, especially when dealing with #2 messes. We've only had to replace one due to diarrhea, but luckily, a new one was on the way.
In July, I received an email from Bark Potty informing me of a delay due to FedEx's tracking issues. After a week of waiting, I reached out to their customer service team. That's when I was blown away by Joel, the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with! He quickly looked into the tracking information and sent a replacement free of charge, complete with a tracking link. However, the issue persisted - the tracking links never updated once they reached my city. Joel didn't give up and sent another replacement. What an awesome product! I live in an apartment and my older dog has to go out frequently due to medications and health issues. Heβs been great about using it but my pup not so much. Sheβs used it twice but sheβs still adjusting. The pad doesnβt smell but it does attract flies. I got a fly trap to help with that. I also have switched out the unit after 2 weeks just because of the volume of pee my boy puts out. Overall still a fan of the product.
This is my first experience with the Bark Potty Box and I love it! I usually use a litter box system with my puppy litters, but my friends introduced me to the Bark Potty Box and it is so much easier and cleaner. My five puppies began using it immediately at 3 weeks old! I have one in each of their puppy areas and it is amazing!
This has made the winter weather more bearable. Perfect for rainy/snowy days between walks. It arrived quick and no assembly required. It even comes with poo bags! I highly recommend for all pet parents no matter how old their fur baby is.
