    So Far, So Great!

    I got the large bark potty for our 7 lb Pomeranian. She goes outside to potty during the day, so this is basically for overnight needs. She was already used to having a large patch of real grass, so it was pretty much a seamless transition to the bark potty. My only concern was that the bark potty is about 40% smaller than what she was used to, but that was no problem at all. She even seems to prefer it now, compared to the grass or even going outside; she is using it more all the time I think. I prefer bark potty, too. The real grass smelled bad, got black spots on it that looked almost rotten, and was heavy and bulky. We are still on our first bark potty, but I can tell this is the answer for us. It will last longer, has no odor, looks neat and clean, and Cricket likes it!

    Maybe just my stubborn dog

    Didn’t work for my beagle and me. She refuses to use it and will pee on the floor or rug before peeing on the bark even after following the training video. If we leave her in the crate and lock it if it’s not bedtime she will be super anxious (scratching, whining, barking).

    Is bigger better?

    I tried the standard and then went to large. Seems the standard box worked better and longer for some reason.
